A state golf association was managing 25,000+ members across 200+ clubs using five different software systems that didn't integrate. Tournament directors spent hours manually entering scores. Handicap calculations were delayed by days. Members had to log into multiple portals for different services.
The association was also losing members to competing states with better digital experiences. They needed a modern platform that could compete with national associations while preserving their local identity and relationships.
Previous attempts to modernize had failed due to the complexity of GHIN integration and the unique requirements of golf handicapping.
